Abstract

The paper deals with the comparative study of the transmissivity values obtained by slug-tests and pump-tests on 58 wells drilled by DTH rigs in crystalline rocks comprising granites, gneisses, schists and basalts. The present study indicates that transmissivity values obtained by two methods vary mostly within a factor of three, except for pump-test T values of less than 10m2/day.
