Singhbhum Copper Belt: Copper concentration in Plants

Abstract

The copper content in plant and soil has been evaluated. Among the different species, Holarrhena antidysenterica Wall., Hyptis sauveolens Poit and Rostellularia prostrata (Clarke) Mazumdar excel in their copper accumulating ability along the belt.
